Refund Policy:

2. Service Quality Issues: If there are concerns about the quality of the web development work delivered, notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and take appropriate action, which may include a refund or revisions.

4. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with our payment gateway policy and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are not applicable for services that have been completed and delivered as per the project scope and terms. For third-party tools or plugins integrated into your web development project, please refer to the vendor’s refund policy if applicable.
